Because of the nature of digital work, we follow a transparent refund policy.
🔹 No Refund On Completed Services
Refunds will NOT be issued once:
- Work has started
- Deliverables are shared
- Ads are launched
- Landing page/website is delivered
- Creative assets are provided
Digital services are not returnable.
🔹 Refund Eligibility (Only If Applicable)
Refunds may be considered ONLY if:
- Service has NOT been started yet
- No resources or time were used
- Refund request is made within 24 hours of payment
After 24 hours → No refund.
🔹 Ads Budget Refund
Platform ad budgets (Meta/Google) are non-refundable because:
- They are directly billed by the platform
- Agency has no control over their refund policy
🔹 Client Responsibility
Refunds will not be given if:
- You fail to provide required details
- You delay approvals
- You change your mind after starting the work
- You expect guaranteed results (no digital agency guarantees results)
🔹 Cancellation
You may cancel a service anytime, but refund will not be issued if work has already begun.
